The Ordering Process
Step 1: Choose a memorial and complete the online order form (we will not ask for payment at this stage). Or alternatively telephone us on 0800 8 786 786 to place your order or to discuss your requirements.
Step 2: Within the next few days you will receive a detailed layout of your chosen memorial with costing through the post. We advise you to check through carefully all details of the design layout, wording and spelling. We will be happy to make any changes necessary.
Step 3: Once you are satisfied with the layout etc. please confirm your approval and make payment for your order via telephone or post (any cheques to be made payable to Simply Memorials). We accept all major debit/credit cards.
Step 4: Once we receive confirmation and payment we will then apply to the relevant authority for the cemetery/churchyard permit to install the memorial
Step 5: Normally the grave owner has to sign the memorial permit application form, therefore we will send the completed application to you to sign and forward it on with any fees payable to the local authority, in the SAE provided
Step 6: Once we have received the memorial permit, manufacture will commence and the order should be completed within approximately 12 weeks. If we have the headstone in stock this process may take less time
